Directions and notes

Track starts at the end of Estuary Drive, Blackmans Bay.

A nice short track if you only have a spare 30 - 60 mins. Some steep bits, some rocky bits, some sandy bits. Once you reach the end of the track you can either follow Tinderbox road back to the start or backtrack the way you came.

There are many tracks leading off either side of the higher hills.

We gave it a crack today. Parked at the end of Estuary. MAKE SURE you drive up the gravel driveway... we went slightly to the left (thinking it was the right path), and found it to be a tight, overgrown single. It eventually rejoins the main track, and you continue on the proper direction!

We rode only about 2k, up some steep and rocky ascents, but the "NO ENTRY. PRIVATE PROPERTY" sign killed it just as we were getting started.

The ride back down was pretty good, except I got a pinch-flat.
lots of fast, slightly overgrown firetrail, with rocky sections.

You'd want to ride it 3 times to make it worthwhile. Distinct possibility of 55-60km/h speeds on this trail!

Someone's been in there building jumps too!!
