Very nice northshore drops and creek wallride. Good for
All mountain bikes (use smaller drops) or Freeride bikes
starting out (use big drops)

nice fast track no huge gaps and gets faster down the bottom

Directions
When you get to the intersection of fire trails at the bottom turn right and go back up the hill to get to the wallride and other jumps. if you follow the tracks down you will get to an open padock and jump the small gate near cascade.

an awesome track that i've ridden since I started two years ago.

The drops (as of May) range from:

1st pallet drop (about 1.4m)
2nd Pallet drop (about 1.9/2.2m depending on speed, bit of sketchy landing
3rd pallet drop (about 2.5m with what i'm told is an easier landing than the 2nd
4th pallet drop (about 1.9m, ride up steep sketchy northshore, most people wheely drop it)
cat-walk/northshore (about 10m of easy northshore atop a fallen tree, 70cm above ground, starts by riding two planks 20cm wide)
see-saw (very easy see, saw, no drops, takes a bit of thought first time though)
log drop (50cm, easy drop onto steep bank going into creek gap, there's a ramp there to roll so the creek gap is possible if you hate drops with steep landings)
creek gap (a really smooth gap over an old, dry creek. Never seen somebody stack on this. Gap is about 2.2m, but is very easy. From above log drop, chuck in some hard pedals, roll/drop the log and follow the rut into the creek gap.

Wallride - later on (This is an old gully 4m deep. You go down into the gully on a steep bank, ride up the other side, curve down and there's a small jump to finish (left hand side is dodgy - flips your back up). very easy, more people stack on this than the drops/gaps on the previous section. You HAVE TO LEAN IN! Soo many people try to stay vertical as they go up and either slide down on their knees or then attempt to lean and topple into the gully (only 3m) onto their back. I don't get what's hard, but I find is easy as piss.

Great track, everything has chicken runs, nothing is compulsary, and is on the halfway mark from the Springs to the City, so usually means everyone sits on the log that is the log drop and talk/eats/watches.

EDIT - as of mid JUNE, i have heard the start of the track has some big (maybe exaduration here) drops and jumps. Need to ride it this weekend.
