Directions and notes
This track is on private property (owned by Telstra). Bush walkers and Mountain bikers however are permitted to use this track. Access can be gained by jumping a gate (marked with "301") on Halls Track road (which itself is a pretty nice place to ride).
A short but gruelling hill climb. The bonus is the steep, dangerous and adrenaline filled descent. Plan to spend 30 - 45 mins to the summit and back. User reviewsby abenny on 04-Feb-11Rode this recently from Pelverata, is very steep towards the top, but worth the slog.
If you walk up beside the Telstra enclosure the view is amazing, watch out for snakes I found a couple up the top. |
